What If I Can't Make It To All of The Classes?

Our group lessons (e.g. string ensembles, concert band, FastTrack, HeadStart) are on a tight schedule based on the days and times they are offered. Therefore, unlike our private lessons, we will be unable to accommodate or schedule any make-up lessons.

Any per-planned absences from students should be communicated to the Lessons Coordinator, so that the Lessons Coordinator can contact the instructor to see what curriculum will be discussed and instructed during the absence.

Tuition from group lessons will not be discounted or refunded based on absences. The monthly tuition is paid to secure your personal seat in the group class. If you choose to suspend lessons, we can stop the billing with one caveat: your spot in the class is not guaranteed upon return as spacing in the classes is limited
