Mike Cleveland

Mike Cleveland started repairing musical instruments in 2003 under the apprenticeship of Jeff Peterson at Horn Improvement. He specializes in woodwinds and is Straubinger Certified. His initiative and versatile skill set quickly led him to the client base of professional musicians. Also his name quickly spread across the industry, leading him to clients such as Eric Marienthal and Wayne Shorter....

While Mike is committed and passionate about his work, he is always welcoming new challenges and ways to repair. He believes with the right attitude anything is possible. Mike also teaches instrument maintenance and emergency repair for local schools, universities and students of all ages. He is a member and past Region 7 director of NAPBIRT- National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians, where he gives clinics and teaching new inventive ways to fix instruments.
