Questions? Please contact us at [email protected]

Are instruments provided?

Instruments are not provided with our Head Start registration. You are responsible for supplying your student with an instrument. You can click here to rent/purchase an instrument from Bertrand's Music.

Can I sign my student up for multiple instruments?

To ensure participation from the most amount of students possible, we ask that each individual student be limited to one Head Start registration per session.

What is the difference between sessions?

Each session covers the same material. We offer multiple session and times to allow for more participation.

What if I can't make all of the classes?

Attendance in the first two classes of any session is mandatory. If you are unable to attend the first two classes of any session, please do not register your student for the class. The first two classes are the most important to attend, as we provide instruction for the fundamentals and essentials of getting started.  If possible, we would love for students to attend all of the classes offered in any session. If you are unable to attend any particular class, please reach out to the Lessons Coordinator to see what material was covered during your student's absence. We will be unable to accommodate or schedule any make-up lessons due to the tight schedule (days/times of classes) and the capacity of the classes themselves.

Where are the classes held?

On the patio (west side of the building - awning w maroon covering) of our Rancho Penasquitos location:

9906 Carmel Mountain Road - San Diego, CA 92129
